Hi friends,
I recently bought a brand new F Pace in May and recently I got the coolant low notification, I already had coolant left over that I used for my Porsche and I was looking for the coolant reservoir for my jaguar and I couldn’t find it for the life of me, and I couldn’t find any answers online
Sorry if this seems like a dumb question but can anyone please help me locate which one it is so I can put coolant in my car
Thanks so much
A seven month old car should not display a "low coolant" warning. It may be nothing more than a stuck float in the resevoir. Coolant from a Porsche may or may notbe the correct coolant for your Jag. They should not be mixed. The car is under warranty, so take it in to the dealer!
+1 to the advice about loss of coolant and taking it back to the dealer a.s.a.p.
It would help to know which engine variant you have but neverthless, the coolant reservoir is in a similar location on all F-PACE (see item 3). This is from the OnLine 2021 Owner's Handbook:
Coolant reservoirs are typically a large translucent plastic container with a pressure cap so I don't expect the 2021 is radically different from my 2017 here:
