Default App compatibility and Display issues

Hi
I'm new to this forum so go easy all you experts.
I have had my F-Pace for 6 months and mostly love it. The greatest challeng I have is the not so reliable, not so user friendly InControl display. I use an iPhone 6+ and I cannot get audio from the WAZE app to come through the F-Pace's Bluetooth. When I ask the dealer they tell me 1) WAZE is not a supported app 2) no cars' Bluetooth work for WAZE.
So I believe #1 may be true, but for sure #2 is not true as WAZE audio over Bluetooth works just fine on my other 2 cars as well as all the rentals I use. the Jag is the ONLY vehicle it doesn't work on. It doesn't work plugged in or not.
Further, when I have my iPhone plugged in, I constantly get error messages and the display blacks out and resets or the "system" causes me to have to reset the phone just to get normal "phone" Bluetooth to work. Open for suggestions, otherwise this will be a looooonnnng 3 year lease!
Thanks

This is actually a Waze problem, not an ICT/ICTP problem.

Open Waze->Settings->Advance Settings->Sound&Voice and switch "Sound Output" to "Play as a bluetooth phone call"

Thanks for the response, but this setting is already set to play on Bluetooth. It plays just fine on every other vehicle I have. Any personal experience using WAZE on your Jag that may be helpful?
Thanks

I have ICT. No problems with it, or Waze, or Bluetooth altogether whatsoever. Maybe ask your dealer for the ICT firmware update
