I experienced an issue with the remote start from the app for 2 days.

I had my SVR in for service and they re-flashed some firmware to hopefully fix an issue with the audio system (no sound).

After I got it back, noticed there were several memory setting that were reset (no big deal - fixed that real quick).

Later that night, the remote start gave me an error “window not closed” and would not start. Made sure they were closed, and no difference.

Was like that for a day and I decided to completely cycle all the windows. Discovered that the front passenger window “auto-down/up” memory was not set. I reset the limits and now the app works.
