So I bought an FPace used. Got a trial hotspot plan for 3 months. Realized there is no SIM in the car after setting up an account online, and went to an ATT store for a new SIM card. Called the ATT in car service folks and they say I have to go to the dealer for a SIM.

That makes no sense. It looks like people are using non ATT SIM cards and they are working fine.

What gives?

Do I really have to go to a Jag dealer to get a SIM?
