It certainly has!
It used to be 7 years from the original 'in service' date but now adds 1 year to the initial 5 year warranty.

"This limited warranty is added on top of the vehicle’s new car warranty.** Using only Jaguar Land Rover Genuine Parts, this limited warranty covers repairs for sudden and unexpected mechanical or electrical failure, and work is only undertaken by Jaguar Trained Technicians. Nothing less. The warranty covers the vehicle for up to one year / unlimited miles or two years / 100,000 miles, whichever comes first."
Attached is the 2016 CPO brochure for comparison.

I have bought 3 Jags as CPOs.
Starting in 2013 I bought a 2010 XF 5.0 (had 35,000 miles on it) and got a 6yr/100K (basically was 1 yr more than factory B2B but doubled the mileage).
In 2015 I traded in the 2010 for a 2013 XF 5.0SC (had 1,000 miles on it) and again got the 6yr/100K (same 1yr more but double miles than the B2B).
In November 2019 I bought a 2019 F-Pace SVR (was 6 months old) and negotiated a 7yr/100K period instead of the 6/100K.
Now, maybe the dealer was laughing at me when I asked to "upgrade" from 6 to 7 year as that was normal but in the end, I guess I don't care. I got what I wanted
A 6 month old SVR (with 14,000 miles on the clock) for $25,000 less than sticker and the balance of the B2B and another 2yrs/100K of CPO coverage.
I now have 32,000 miles on it and the peace of mind until May 2026 (it won't pass 100K by then).
With the change to EV coming and having to drive 250 mile round trip for service, I have no idea what I am going to do next, sadly it probably will not be a Jag.
But I will keep my options open.
