Default License agreement

My license agreement expired on my 2017 f-pace.
It says to renew on a website but there is no such page.
my car has been at Rusnak Jaguar for 3 weeks now. The dealership doesn’t know how to fix it!
help!

I don't understand what you mean by license agreement, or where Rusnak Jaguar is. Please explain.

Ah, ok, got it now. That's just for your route planning and live traffic info on your nav. You should still be able to use the nav system without that, correct? If that's a feature that you like and want to continue, then you just have to go the that website and register it. However, you also have to have a data SIM active in the vehicle for it to work. Do you have an active SIM? It would be helpful to know year of your vehicle and how long you've had it. SIMs came with them and a 3 month trial, after that you have to purchase a new one or add a data plan. We went through AT&T as our cell phones are with them so it was an easy add on. If there's no SIM in the vehicle, you can get any data (tablet) sim with service from any provider; AT&T, Sprint, T Mobile, etc.

Some useful information on here even if you don't use AT&T. Jaguar is partnered with them though, so it makes it easy. And very simple to transition from the trial period to a subscription.

Yes I use it for live traffic
its a 2017 f pace. I bought in 2016
i had a subscription with ATT , The license agreement ran out with the car not ATT.
I’ve gone onto this website. But there is no link for renewal.
I do have a SIM, This is what is so weird,
my dealership can’t figure it out either.

Oh why, oh why did JLR choose ATT? Probably why CNN is in all of the airports. In any event, ATT, whether it was in N.C. or now in south Florida, ATT's signal just (H-m-m-) sucks, is the best description. It seems , no matter where we are, 2019 F-PACE or the 2017 XJL, the only signal that I can most always get, is "out of range" or "can't connect". Good old ATT!

I should search this site to see if some other carrier, maybe Verizon, would have a sim to work. It's been so bad, I've just forgotten about using that feature.

Do you have an active account at incontrol.jaguar.com with your vehicle registered to your account ?
There I can see the expiration dates for all my subscription based services.
The name of the service you are mentioning should be Pro Services.
Check there what it says, maybe you can also renew your subscription there,
I do not know how to check since mine heas not expired yet.
But when I click on details, it also mentions the www.jaguar.here.com as a place where I can manage the services.

BTW, you do not need a SIM card to connect your vehicle to the Internet, you can also use WiFi, for example via a WiFi hotspot on your mobile phone.

This is what I found on subscription renewal:

https://www.jaguar.co.uk/owners/inco...ons/index.html

What they say there is:

"To renew your Connected Navigation services, please log in to the InControl Route Planner website using your Navigation account details, before selecting the renewal you require. Please note, this can only be done once your current subscription has expired."

It mentions InControl Route Planner, which is the
https://www.jaguar.here.com

and you need a "Navigation Account", so you if you do not have one yet, you need to create one on that web page I guess.

I have now noticed that you mentioned "there is no such page".
What exactly do you mean by that ?
www.jaguar.here.com web page does exist, I can access it.

To use the apps you also need to subscribe to the 'secure apps' .

If you don't have a profile make one.. https://incontrol.jaguar.com/jaguar-...ner-web/select

On the owners portal you can read about the apps for your smartphone. https://www.ownerinfo.jaguar.com/
