Not night-and-day, but not exactly trivial either.
Also, if you like SC whine, the upper pulley increases this a bit as well.

I didn't miss the announcement but had forgotten it, mostly because I don't intend to install one. My recollection (getting worse as time marches on) was something like 2.5% difference in diameter for the upper pulley but that might be one that was smaller than stock but larger than the new VAP one.

Chris from VAP just sent the transmission tune over and WOW! Excited to get this thing beck to the track after the final dyno tune this coming Tuesday.

I have your mods (both pullies, tune, intake, cats) and have been pondering the transmission tune - what are your impressions? Sounds like you like it

How difficult was it do, i have vap everything apart from the gearbox tune but never tuned a car myself.

I have the tranny tune as well, and it is pretty easy/straight forward. Very similar to the ECU flash. And does make the shift points better aligned to revs and snaps shifts quicker. It is noticeable.
