2 Misc Questions (Fuse + Windows)

I've been meaning to post these questions for a bit now, but have been incredibly busy, and these two quirks have been driving me nuts.
Put the R in storage for the winter. Warm weather finally appeared, took the R out, and 2 things are happening that I don't recall seeing before I put her away.
- My iPhone 12V charger (cigarette lighter) doesn't work in either of the two spots. Confirmed the charger works in other cars, and charges if I just plug in the USB part of it into the USB ports. But...if I use the car charger part, it doesn't work. Is there a fuse specific to these lighter ports? (The charger is a two piece USB cord + cigarette lighter part.)
- My drivers side window is one-touch up AND down. My passenger side window is one-touch down, but you have to hold the button for the duration of the window going up. Is the passenger side not one-touch up? I don't remember from before winter, but I feel like if it wasn't that's something I would think is quite unusual for a vehicle at this price point (as I'm thinking now). In Mercedes' I've had in the past, sometimes you had to re-program the windows (re-teach them the up and down for the one-touch). Not sure if that's also a Jaguar thing?

Yes, you can reprogram the windows. Hold the button in the down position for the entirety of the window travel and for another 3-5 seconds after it gets to the bottom.Do the same in the up direction. Should solve the problem.

The answer on the lighter ports is yes. There is a dedicated fuse. The locations for the 2016 fuses were posted on another thread recently. They are different for 2015,
