Default 2014 V8 S - how often to change the Diff And Trans Fluid??

my 2014 has 48k on it. I know there's some diff issues with the f-types but changing the fluid is not on the maintenance schedule at 48k. How often are people recommending to change these?

thanks!

I think the diff fluid is on the 7 year service, so you’ll be due soon. Some of the DIYers are doing it every 10k.
Not sure about the trans fluid.

Edit - 8 year service, not 7.

I've checked the service sheets for my MY18 and the transfer box fluid should be done every 3 years, the rear locking diff every 4 years. At 9 years the front diff and auto box fluid should done.

Taking mine in for next month for a supercharger snout, plus preventative stuff. Dealer is ok changing the diff fluid, but said they don’t normally touch the transmission unless it’s leaking. (65k miles, 7 years.)

ZF recommend the semi synthetic Lifeguard 8 fluid used in F Type auto transmission is changed after a maximum of 150,000 Km (93,000 miles) or in more severe duty (high loads and temperatures) 100,000 Km (60,000 miles)
