2015 F-Type NAV and TMC
Hello All - I'm new here as I just brought a pre-owned 2015 F-Type S Coupe V6.
Love it!!
Couple of questions that I hope the member can help or point me in the right direction.
1) It has the built in nav/GPS... it works fine but i'm noticing that in full screen or split screen, it does not show all the street names I've tried different text sizes, setting destination, zooming in or out but doesn't seem to work. Few street names will show but not all. Really weird.
2) I also do not seem to be getting accurate traffic info. The Traffic Messaging Channel/TMC seems to be fine, I see it lit green on my route and as I'm driving to my destination, I see significant traffic, but the GPS isn't showing that. Its reading it as green-no traffic along the route. I even hit the TMC icon and it say no traffic events. Does this work and report traffic issues only on freeways? and also does this require subscription? I didn't think so.
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark C
