Nice comparison and it shows exactly why I went with the Ftype R. The stunning looks, sound and shear fun, great pricing, over the more clinical.. both absolutely great cars.. and I'm generally more interested in driving around our roads here, rather than the few track days.

I agree 100%. Looks, exhaust note, power, pricing & absolute fun! Not that i wouldn't mind tracking it once or twice but I bought mine for the street. Oh & that color of your R is hot...i test drove that color.

 

Regarding the Italian racing red.. I've had a surprising number of very nice and oh so lovely ladies tell me they think the car is the sexiest they have ever seen, especially the colour.
Being married.. so what.. but then again, what the heck, its part of the fun I suppose.
