If you mean the hatch cover it's T2R22104PVJ.
If you mean the floor panel towards the rear of the hatch then it's part #13 in this diagram (scroll down a ways) but it doesn't show a name or number: https://www.jaguarlandroverrenoparts...rear-body-scat

Update:
I just checked the floor panel part (#13) on my car and it has a label on the underside showing:
With hole (for mounting the space saver spare wheel) -
EX53 45455 FB8 PVJ
Without hole - EX53 45455 CB.
Think I might go hunting for the without hole version, that useless hole has bugged me from day one when I removed the space saver!

I actually was able to find the part cruising around
It is Part Number: T2R11244
Bit expensive but looks like a good protector for the carpet.

Thank you for your response

Ok, now we know, it's the rubber crud catcher!

I was going the same route a month ago but decided to try a Lloyd Mats liner for the cargo area. They offer a range of carpeted and rubber mats; I chose the Ultimat as it's carpet with a rubber backing which is sufficient for my needs. (Lately Sonoma County has seen more ash than rain...)

It fits well and I'm happy with it so far. I can post dimensions or a photo if interested.

I've got the Jaguar "rubber crud catcher" noted above. I got it almost immediately after delivery because I've found them useful in previous cars. It's actually plastic, not rubber, but I do like it.

What is that, towards the front of the compartment, behind the elastic straps?

Is it an umbrella?

Looks like an umbrella. That location, however, is the location for the official warning triangle:

Bought my 2017 F-Type R Coupe brand new. Nothing was secured by the elastic straps. Wonder if there should have been an umbrella or warning triangle.

The rear trunk came with the - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SEMI-RIGID PROTECTOR - JAGUAR (T2R11244) - already installed.

We don't get the warning triangle here in the US. I have an umbrella in mine. I measured the space and bought one that fit perfectly. The triangle would be more sensible, but what's a Jaguar without a brolly?

The official "brolly" is secured with included straps just above (vert) or below (coupe) the triangle.

That link for the umbrella seems to be for the umbrella holder only sans umbrella.
Is there such an animal as an official Jaguar brolly?

Four to choose from: http://shop.jaguarusa.com/catalogsea...lt/?q=umbrella, though one of them seems specific to the XE. The Black & Red one is the classiest of the bunch: http://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.ph...___black___red

I got this one:

Amazon Amazon

Just the right length for the triangle holder. Besides the cargo liner I also have a Subaru folding carrier and a Volvo cargo strap to complete the set. I run the strap crossways between the steel loops to keep the carrier forward. I can't stand things that slide around when I drive.

Other than the car, of course.

The max width at the back end of the Lloyd Mats product is 33". It's fairly flat out to the inside edges of the haunches and I'd hoped that it would cover that area as well, but it doesn't.

The OEM luxury mat doesn't either. It just covers the horizontal flat section of the boot area.
