4x New Wheels & TPMS. All are correct, but still error on dash.
I picked up a new set of wheels and bought the correct TPMS sensors for my vin and year car. Using a TPMS tool, I can read and write down every serial number of every sensor. Then using my scan tool, I can see the ECU in my jag has the proper serial number for each TPMS sensor. I have driven over 400 miles and 3 weeks, and am still getting a TPMS error on the dash. What gives? The computer sees the correct serial numbers. Why does the dash keep giving a TPMS error?

Often the TPMS are in ship mode so the batteries don't die and you have to activate them (with a 125 hz signal if I remember correctly), however since they are reporting pressure, this does not seem to be your issue.
Did you get the right HZ sensor for your vin? I believe roughly ~16MY and beyond used 433 hz sensors, but prior to that a different value was used.

Sadly that has been an issue on many Jag vehicles. I had the same on my XF - they registered (and actually worked intermittently) but I got the error much of the time. Swapped them out for OEM ones in the end and they were perfect
Unfortunately the oem ones aren't cheap. Although note that at least on mine they are FoMoCo (Ford) so you might find a lower cost oem source depending on whether that's the same for yours. Jag has used two different frequencies so you need to make sure to get the right ones for your car

I’ve run into the same problem with my newly installed wheels. I know at least 3 of the sensors are OEM F type sensors (long story on the 4th). My jaguar dealer is telling me they need to pull the tires off and read the codes on the physical sensor to program into the vehicle. I don’t really believe this, as I assume the sensor broadcasts it’s information. Can anyone confirm how their installs were done successfully?

Either way I absolutely don't believe they need to physically read a code off the sensor to program my car. I would trust the sensors should digitally broadcast their ID like every other OEM on the planet.

There is a specific re-learn process, especially when using the VDO sensors from Tire Rack. It was something like, rest 30 minutes, drive 30 minutes above 30mph, let it sit for 30 minutes. I need to go find the details (they are actually made by a US company, Branded VDO owned by Continental)

Sensor Relearn Procedure
1. Ensure all tires are inflated to the pressure listed on the tire placard.
2. Scan each sensor to verify that they are in Park mode and not Ship mode. If in Ship mode: a. Bartec: Relearn Æ Vehicle Æ Wrench (Relearn Toolkit) Æ Set Sensor to Park Mode. b. Ateq VT56: When scanned, the sensors will be placed into Park mode automatically.
3. Vehicle must be parked for at least 15 minutes.
4. Then driven for at least 15 minutes above 30mph.
5. Then parked for at least 15 minutes to complete the relearn.
