The Allisport is a very nice unit. I installed mine just to have an all-aluminum unit removing one plastic/potential weak point from our current cooling system.

If only there was a company that offered an all-aluminum radiator and a coolant pipe replacement kit that we could trust.

surely, you mean more moles of air moved through, not more oxygen per mole?

that's the idea, but it so can be more complicated than just bolting on a larger/more efficient intercooler. You often lose psi, so cooler charge at somewhat less psi means less flow of denser air - often results in nominal gains and sometimes loss without re-tuning (fuel mapping, ignition advance) plus pulley change. Any significant airflow change in the "system" usually requires re-tuning the whole system. Also we should factor in the max speed of the blower itself - even if you're compensating for additional heat from driving the supercharger faster, you may get diminishing returns as the SC itself will become the limiting factor and overdriving it may reduce its service life. Then you need to consider at least porting, if not moving to a larger unit. Slippery slope!

Thanks Stuart! Your right it's Allisports that make them!
I don't see any dimensions on the wraptor and it looks identical to the Allisport version except for two small tabs sticking out the top?
Does not look larger than the Allisport either?
Can you post dimensions as the web site seems to have left that out?

Here is the difference in thickness between the stock Jaguar IC and the Allisport aftermarket one.

Hi, I've been asked to join the thread. I think ref thickness/quality of the cooler?
Let me know if you need anything.
Couple of pics attached of our quality extra thick cooler, hand fabricated in the UK, pressure tested, supporting the other parts we've developed. VS another supplier, I believe is made in China.
We have the option to produce in China at seriously reduced costs. But by decision is to retain the quality and keep it in house.
