Active Exhaust button or Fuse 43?

Aqua your relay channel B wires are swapped.
Take a look at Jag's pics:
From the channel relay, left is black and right is red.
Then look at when these wires connect to the fuse tap. Left is red and right is black.
Yours is right to right and left to left, which does not match Jag's setup.

Sorry, very difficult for me to troubleshoot like this. If you duplicated everything per my design and fuse 15 indeed is the correct fuse for the 2021 then it should work. Check and recheck everything. Emylo should not get power until vehicle starts. When the fob is pressed the relay opens, the same effect as pulling the fuse. When the vehicle is shut off the emylo loses power and the relay switches back its default closed position, the same effect as replacing the fuse.

Swapped
Nice catch! Hope to try it later today.

Still no luck.
Same result with the swap you suggested. Makes sense really as we have a simple loop which is either open (loud) or closed with in-line fuse (quiet). Direction should not matter. I will try using relay #1 instead of #2 in case #1 is faulty.

The two wires coming out of positions #2 (left) and #3 (right) of the front screw block should be going to a common chassis ground (#2) and the fuse tap (#3). You have both going to the fuse tap. You need to attach the common ground (#2--circled in yellow) with a wire terminated by an eyelet to go to the chassis ground bolt Jag Bass showed in his photos below (circled in yellow):

Was the an issue with the relay? Did you use a meter to probe those two terminals when you pressed the button to see if they were indeed opening the connection?

Yes. Resistance went from open to closed when remote pressed. I'm about to try it on relay #1 next. After that its going on the shelf.

Unable to get the Jag Bass gizmo to work on my 2024 F-type, I reached out to Clive at cc charger for a ready-made solution. Here is Clive's reply:
"We did use to make a F-Type Switch, though stopped about 6 years ago when the 2019 MY revisions came out.
They are a nightmare, JLR did a mod to some that prevents the switch operating, later cars share air supply with the brake servo, so are best not intercepted.
We were getting way too many returns and that was not good for a name, but inevitable when there were so many JLR revisions.
Some later ones also had electronic operation rather than vacuum, so there is no universal solution for the F-Type."

You think it thunderous with the stock exhaust you should hear the Supersprint exhaust with the valves opened up, basically straight pipes. Highly advisable not to be standing n the garage when it starts up.
