Nice. Looks great in there and I'm SOOOO jealous of how much accessible space you have behind the engine!!!

Also, I just updated my response post above to add some additional content, in case it's helpful.

I was toying with the idea of dumping the symposer and putting a tank there

Definitely remove the symposer, and if you can put all of the covers back on there and still have access to a tank in that space, to be able to burp/fill, check volume, etc., then it could be a good spot.

I pulled my symposer, but there still isn't much room behind the engine and SC in the XF, and what limited space is there is also really tight and hard to access, including having to remove the windshield wipers and washer fluid hose, weather strip, cowls, etc. Total nightmare.

Anyway, keep us posted and I'll do the same.

Pretty cool idea to hook up 2 IC pumps!
Always looking for ways to remove more heat so will watch your results.

Have you seen the new TVS2300 blower for Jaguar? Direct bolt on replacement of our stock TVS1900 unit too.

The one Harrop is working on with VAP? Yep. I'm drooling in anticipation.

For everyone else, enjoy:

Just bumping this back up with a twist
have fitted the wraptor customs larger chargecooler and yes it is imo the largest one avail
I have just fitted a secondary chargecooler rad under the crash bar and with a bit of trimming have retained the duct that forces air into the cooling system rad that lays flat
Am liasing with wraptor about finding a spot for a separate expansion tank for filling and venting as as far as I know the only reason the chargecooler water is filled from the coolant reservoir is space
Most chargecoolers use a separate supply for cooling chargecoolers and while it will pressurise slightly when warm it only needs to circular via the pump which sometimes doesn't even run as the pwm controls it
At present I am fitting it with the pipes on the right due the left side is very crowded but may flip it when it's time to connect it

With the water/meth as well I don't see any issues at all with heat in the intake
I have a cwa 150 pump available but problem is it doesn't like the Pwm voltage as it's higher than OEM
Tbh I use the car so little I se no problem with fitting it without the Pwm wire that way it just runs whenever ignition is on......probably link it to a kill switch for when working on a car when stationary
Poss location for a header tank with a bit of trimming

In place and crash bar painted
just need to find a gap for expansion/fill tank and then pipe it up
Will see how standard pump holds up for now

Pwm wire is not used and you'll need to put a larger fuse in to support the pump

After a year plus with this setup I finally got a good bead on what the cooling system is doing with the help of a Banks Idash gauge. Needless to say after doing so I added wmi. While I had no logs on the stock awic setup, even with the new hx, pump and extra coolant iat's were still high and still took a long time to come back down. Not saying this doesn't help but it isn't a cure imo. With the watermeth I can watch them plummet as soon as I come off boost. Cooling is instantaneous and the car loves it. I suggest anyone who seriously runs their car look into a meth setup. Best $600 I've spent.
