Does it complete the puzzle, as far as v6 goes?

I would say so.
Also, the V6 version as posted here will not fit up to a V8, the V8 mounting arms are much shorter and have 2 bolts each side instead of three.

Yes a wonderful development! I hope they see fit to release them for the V-8 too.
So far no installs have been posted but it looks real nice in the pictures.

A word of warning for those who have bought or are thinking of buying one of these, some checking and repair work is needed before fitting, see this post (and following posts) over on the XF forum: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...2/#post2677336

I thank Oz for this warning BUT this morning I checked and tested my newly delivered rear pipe. It had NONE of the faults related in the mentioned posting. Photos and further comment in my posting #17 on the X250 list mentioned by Oz.

I am quite confident about the quality and condition of the pipe sold/checked by RKX.

My rear came in from RKX too - flow is good on both sides, so no issues. Yes it cost a bit more (probably a lot more than aliexpress), but it checks out and is going on now, so I have a full set of pipes and fewer worries.

Showed the car to a friend with a newish 992...he likes the jag more even though it is older....looks, ride quality, and noise. Steering is perhaps 9/10 what the 992 is in terms of feel....but we both think a bit of magic with the suspension/alignment could perhaps improve things....I personally wish we could retrofit hydraulic steeting to these cars....there is an idea ....VAP>

Anyway, second good pipe to report. EuroAMP pipes probably are good too.
