I have all the cooling stuff in mettal, front pipes, rear cross over, the little stuff/elbow, etc.

On oil weight - be mindful that if you go "thicker" you could outsmart yourself on this and actually make things far worse.....I don't know the clearance spec on our engines but the following chart shoudl raise some alarms if it quite tight and you use say 5w-40.

Here is the AJ133 spec (AJ126 is my assumption):

The main bearings are numbered 1 to 5 starting from the front of the engine. There are five grades of standard main bearings available, each being color coded. Journal sizes are marked on the rear of the crankshaft to assist one in select bearing fit to provide desired minimal oil clearance of not less than .00087” (.022 mm) or greater than .0016” (.040 mm).
