Aluminum Cooling Pipes - Finally!!

Very glad to hear that!
I was sure they would work but as always it just depends.
Are you talking about the plastic push connection on the water pump?
There is an improved part for that I just found?
Upgraded Brass Connection
It now says out of stock so I would contact the seller as this is a problem connection and his solid brass repair is much needed!
The rear water manifold is AJ814007 for my 2014 XJR and I think it's the same for all SC V-8's.

I've got the brass connector you've highlighted in green. Looks like a pretty standard brass elbow. If you don't get a response from the Ebay listing, contact Christian at EuroAmp.
I can see why it splits.
The pile of parts is slowly growing for my winter project:
- AJ813865: Lower pipe (aluminium)
- AJ813917: Upper pipe (aluminium)
- C2Z18658: Water pump connector (aluminium)
- T2R5910: Coolant reservoir water pipe
- AJ811576: RH inlet manifold gasket
- AJ811590: LH inlet manifold gasket
- C2Z28265: Throttle body gasket
- AJ814048: Revised thermostat outlet
- C2Z28258: Revised thermostat outlet hose (with brass elbow)
- AJ813909: Water pump
- LR055301: Coolant expansion tank bleed screw (brass)
I can see why it splits.

Miinimum Needed
Coolant pipes themselves
Manifold Gaskets. need different manifold gaskets than MaxD does. I need 2 of these C2Z17249 instead of the AJ811576 and AJ811590
C2Z28265: Throttle body gasket
Addition Stuff to Prevent Leaks
AJ814048 The rear water manifold. It sounds here like an aluminum part may be coming, but is not available yet, and that this part will be easy to replace while doing the coolant pipes since the access will be easy with the supercharger out. Correct?
T2R5910: Coolant reservoir water pipe - Easy to replace, might as well now.
LR055301: Coolant expansion tank bleed screw (brass) apparently out of stock now, will add this when they are available
C2Z18658: Water pump connector
AJ814048: Revised thermostat outlet
C2Z28258: Revised thermostat outlet hose (with brass elbow). This says it includes a "brass elbow". Is this "elbow" the same thing as in the link below or do want to get both?

Things I Don't Think I Need Replace Now
My car is a 2017, built in 2016, with only 10,000 miles on it. Came to me a year ago with 4,000, and I expect to drive it about 6k a year. Given the low mileage I'm thinking there is no reason to replace the water pump and thermostat at this point. Do we expect early failures?
I'm also thinking there is no need to service the supercharger at this point, belt, oil, connector. Or do we think this might fail early?
Thanks for your help. When I finalize my parts list for my S I'll post that final version for others to use.

You'll want to find a local supplier for the aluminium water connector as the part number given is for the plastic part.
This was my local supplier:

This one might be yours:

Try this link instead: https://www.ebay.com/itm/224687766003
The part sits under the Y section.
I also have AJ814007 listed for the rear manifold.

Thanks for the corrections. I want the aluminium part, and had pasted in the wrong part number for the manifold! Good catches.
And just to make sure I'm using the right terms, the aluminium connector is the the water pump connector, while the brass elbow plugs is the thermostat connector, right.

The Aluminum tube goes between the back of the water pump and the oil cooler brick. The brass connector is to replace the plastic version Jaguar used that connects on the front of the water pump. The red circle is where the brass replacement goes and the blue circle is the tube you can get in Aluminum.

Aluminum Version of the Rear Water Manifold AJ814007
Dare I say we are working on a mold... Yes, we are trying to get it made in aluminum, as well as the 5.0 N/A Crossover pipe. The sheer amount of plastic on these engines is a tragedy, as it really messes up their reputation even with enthusiasts. By the time the new pipes arrive you will know, as right now our focus is on marketing since we have NONE.

You'll be waiting a while for the rear manifold - if EuroAmp is at the marketing stage. I have spotted an aftermarket supplier who does the rear manifold - it looks identical to the Jag part and suspect made by the same company. It's £40 new. For that kind of money, I may as well buy it and install at the same time just in case.
