Default Aluminum pedals for manual transmission?

Does anyone know if it's possible to get aluminum foot pedals for the F-Type MT? Jaguar's website, and the website for my local dealer, only has them for the automatic transmission version.

I've kept an eye open for them for the last year and a half. No sightings. With only ~350 units being built each year, it will be a long time before MT specific aftermarket items become available, if ever.

For manual, just go with Ultimate pedals. If they haven't done a set of manual peds for Jag as of yet, they will give you a discount to take ped measurements and post-installation pics for their site so they can add the set to their inventory moving forward. I've done this with them in the past.

They can also carve in a leaper, a Jag face or an R or S logo in the middle. Smooth, frosted, or grip finish, with or without rubber nibs. Totally custom. They can do matching aluminum heel pads as well! They can curve the gas pedal like Ferrari and add a heel/toe flange if so desired. Better yet, get together a group buy for all manual and or auto owners and see what kind of pricing he'll do for us.

He's a good cat to work with. I'd be happy to contact him for the forum but you need to provide me the clutch and brake pedal dimensions.

Awesome, thanks for pointing me in the right direction! Looks like Ultimate Pedals already has them available for the F-Type on their website. Now I'm wondering if any other forum members have bought from UP for their own F-Type?

Again, The smart thing for us to do is to get a group buy going before we contact UP randomly. Let's use our buying power guys.

Starting an interest list here and now...

Please state manual or auto, dead pedal y or no, heel guard 1, 2 or zero. I'll approach with our requests and post our discount.

We did this in the M3 forum several years ago and I think we got 20% off and free shipping.

Polaris. Auto, dp, 2 hg.

Please cut and paste the list and add your interest so it's all in one place.

I'm down to join a potential group buy. Here's the list so far:

polarisnavyxj: Auto, dead plate, 2 heel guards, ?? finish.
99Gsp: Manual, dead plate, 0 heel plates, smooth finish with domed inserts.
Inspector-G: Manual, no dead plate, 0 heel plates, satin anti-slip with domed inserts

If anyone else wants to get in, copy and paste that list with your options added at the end!

EDIT: I changed from shiny to satin to match the shift knob FYI.

Just a note.

For the M3, he made us these custom plates that perfectly fit the driver and passenger floor plan with a 3" border around the plate of floor. Basically these replace the floor mats. Then he embossed an "M3" logo in the middle. They were very nice and you get to keep your mats new. I think you'd like them

What exactly is the heel guard? What does it look like, and what is it's purpose?

Look above. It's essentially an aluminum floor mat. Made popular by Ferrari's. I think since the F355 Ferraris have aluminum floor mats

99Gsp: Manual, dead plate, 0 heel plates, smooth finish with domed inserts.
Inspector-G: Manual, no dead plate, 0 heel plates, shiny anti-slip with domed inserts

polarisnavyxj, planing on putting a heel guard on the passenger side as well?

Yea i think I'm going both sides with plates. I don't have my car yet so I need to loo in the interior to see if theres any metallic finishes in the car maybe try to tie into what exists, 'll decide after I get the car.

Yes. The reason I went with satin finish is that it ties in with the top of the shift knob. Otherwise ,not much in the way of metallic finish in my car.

Oohhh that's a smart move. Switching mine to satin for the same reason!

Default For Auto owners

We have a cheaper option.

$120 we can get a Auto set with two heel mats. $30 for the standard set alone.

I'll wait to see the deal we get at UP then make a decision based on price difference. UP will be way nicer but at 4 times more money I'll think on it after my car arrives.

Heres the Auto set option...

Keep in mind, the rest of us need that 3rd pedal. The UP also looks like a higher quality offering and offers the features I like (dead pedal flange, throttle extension, satin finish)

I'm a little confused. Under their pedal options it says shiny is brushed and frosted is satin. Which do you think is closer to the manual gear shift top? I would like a close match too. Is the gear shift brushed or satin?
