Annual services and tires
Hello all,
I have the service history from the previous owner, and one thing puzzles me:
He did a complete service at the dealership about every 6 months. That's fine, but as you can see in the report, each time the car was in, they removed the wheels, balanced, refilled and re-mounted.
It's the first time I have a car with nitro, so I figure that is probably why, but still that seems to point to a problem.
What do you guys think?

I suspect the nitrogen refill comes first and then they balance and refit the wheels/tyres as it makes little sense to do it the other way around.
Lots of debate about the pros and cons of 100% nitrogen in the tyres but IMHO it has some benefit for race/track cars but is a complete waste of time and money on a road car.
So, again IMHO, if the previous owner paid for these tyre "services" he was a fool and/or he was being conned by the dealer.

Paul, fellow from Brossard here. I was trying to figure it out as well. Even though I am from QC, I NEVER even thought this guy was driving it in winter. I thought for sure this was because of track use. BTW, do you know of any good F-Type meetups in the Montreal area? We are few and far between.
