As part of the deal, get them to put the car back to standard.

I loved the 650. I owned a 2008 650 before buying the 2014. It drove well and had the latest and greatest technology. I'm going to miss the infotainment system. I also loved BMW service. I had a great relationship with my service advisor. I'm probably going to miss that as well. I just wanted something different. I saw an F-type driving behind me one day and fell in love with the looks of it. I never looked at Jags before the f-type came along.
The 650 body was boring too me. It needs more curves. I wasn't a fan of the current body when it first came out but I grew to like it over time so I sold the 2008 one and bought it. The power and acceleration were great. It has 445 hp. The exhaust is ok in sport mode. The 650 is a great. At. I just wanted something sportier. I'm giving up a lot but I'm gaining a beautiful car that sounds great. It stands out from the crowd. Here are my 650s

I checked the car out yesterday and found that it was wrapped. The dealer agreed to pull the wrap off. I'm also going to have them take the tint off of the tail lights. I don't want any trouble with the law.

I've even seen a few CPOs in the low 70s but none of them have the specs that I want. I don't mind driving down to Atlanta to check out the car. I purchased my last car and my wife's car in that area so I'm used to traveling there. I also like hanging out in ATL so I've probably made the trip at least 3 times this year already.
The Jaguar dealer charges about 300 to do the inspection. I think that's reasonable.
F12guy, if you want me to do a low impact, unofficial 'check out' of a vehicle for you in Atlanta, I'll be happy to oblige. Only had my cat for 6 months, so not an expert, but been doing cars (on both sides of the road) for 25 years...

If I am correct in recalling, that the roof cannot be lowered when the temperature < fixed number. Our 3 friends at TG USA found this out here:

F12, thanks for the photos. If that's carbon black, great color. Was going to buy a 550 with it.

That Salsa R sold for $67k with <6k miles - nice car, but they wouldn't cooperate with having the car independently inspected or return emails. Probably enough local inquiries where across the country was a hassle; no harm no foul.

Like most dealers all they know is the 'sign here/great deal/don't miss out' parrot call.

It is clear evidence now that great 2015 R examples can be had in the mid to high 60s.
I would expect depreciation to continue at a rate of about $800-$1000 monthly over the next two years.

I'll be picking up my 2015 R tomorrow. I actually used the car that you mentioned to negotiate the price down because it was in the same region. It;s the end of the year and most dealers want to move cars. I had them replace the tail lights because tinted tail lights are not legal. They were willing to paint the bar in the grill for me but I prefer to have it done myself. I'll have it wrapped in black. I'm also thinking about wrapping the diffuser to match the car. I also had the car sent over to Jaguar to be inspected. It passed the inspection so I felt better about purchasing the car. I'm excited about picking it up tomorrow.

It's black Sapphire Metallic. Black isn't an easy color but I took great care of it. The only problem was that BMW scratched the car by sending it through their carwash (even though I told them not to) the last time that I had it serviced. BMW made it right by paying me more than they initially quoted me to purchase my car. My service advisor made sure that the pre-owned department took care of me because they scratched my car. I hope that Jaguar takes care of me as well as BMW did. I always received excellent service.
