Default Any good East Coast F-Type Tuners?

Does anybody know of any good Jaguar tuners on the east coast? Preferably near Washington DC?

Also, anybody have any experiences with tuning their F-Type they would like to share?

Thanks!

I suggest you look up Forum threads on Velocity AP as they have provided tunes for a number of members, including me, with good results.

+1. Stuart at VAP can provide you with your own device to load any of their tunes onto the car. If you then want a local tuner to dyno the car and confirm that everything is within safe parameters, I highly recommend John Behe at ASM Performance in Hanover, MD just a bit north of BWI. (410-712-4290)
In what part of the DC Metro area are you?

Yes, it is. But if you want some assistance, I'd be happy to help. I'm just down the road in Silver Spring.

Thats awesome man, I'll let you know for sure.

Does anybody know what the performance numbers (0-60?) for a tuned base model are? I've heard you can get it up to 415 with only an ECU tune.

It's hard to measure the 0-60 times without a quarter mile track, but I'm guessing our built-in g-meters could provide some reliable max g comps.

I don't know much about tuning if anything at all. However, there is a thread going strong on an engine that was blown, and the warranty was voided. FYI, and be careful. An engine goes for ~30K, so think in multiples before doing this. However the tuner referenced in this thread seems to be very credible (again based on forum member inputs).

Good Luck, but when I read this I hesitated and thought of the threads.
