I just found the videos and photos of this drive and saw the summary stuff on Shift's blog link.

I saw the BMC Jaguar drive, but that seems to be less specifically F-Type. Not that there is any problem with that, but the F-Type sounds like fun too.

Are there any plans to do something similar in the coming months?

Been a little busy with the new puppy (man do they have a lot of energy!). I'm going to do the BMC Drive June 13, so June is probably done for me. July might be a good month. August is Monterey Car week, which would be perfect, but my sister is visiting. But I am free Augist 14 (Friday), so if anybody is up for a Friday drive to Monterey to check out the scene I'd be up for that.

 

August is a wild time here for sure,I won't be crewing on my buddies '65 Lola T-70 for the first time in 2 years (no Can-Am class this year,replaced by F-1) so I'll be out tooling around in both the jag and roadster all week long...Woo Hoo!

 

Hehe, maybe after I've been to a few events. Not to mention, I'm pretty bad at organizing things in general, so I'm probably not the ideal choice.

 

I would be up for a drive on the weekend to maybe NAPA or someplace sunny this summer

If you guys are willing to come to Sac for an early Saturday drive, the (mostly) exotics driving group I run will be doing another run on Saturday, June 13th. We meet at the Peet's Coffee in El Dorado Hills at 7:30, with a departure at 8am sharp. A bunch of good guys going on spirited, but sane drives, with an early lunch at the end.
