Anyone else had this Jaguar survey email from US?
Received this today from nvites@291537.mailer.surveygizmo.com. Looked a bit suspect as they didn't include any client name. Followed the link and it was definitely a Jaguar survey...not sure if it's official though?
I assume it's a dud?

Hey Tel.
I've gotten several "surveys" - including, I believe, the one you refer to - since I bought my V6S last Oct, and while I usually enjoy filling them out, I've not done one up to this point.
I've not filled one out mostly due to the fact that I believe that my survey will come to naught. In other words, I do not get the sense that what I fill in will amount to anything other than some sort of general marketing research; with my name being the most valuable asset I'm providing.
Maybe I'm wrong...? (But I kinda doubt it).
Best regards,
RJ52

If it is an official Jaguar survey, then perhaps they are seriously trying to verify customer satisfaction .... taking the time to fill out the survey at least creates the opportunity.
It seems some on this forum are not pleased at all with Jaguar customer care and quite likely nothing will change until Jaguar gets the message.
Lawrence.

Perhaps I'm being apathetic (the same way I guess I feel about politics/politicians) but if I truly thought that my submission would influence or make even the slightest contribution, then I most likely would do so. I just value my time over the thought that it would end up going nowhere. Your opinion(s) may differ.
Best regards,
Jay
P.S. Do keep in mind that I'm one of those overall extremely satisfied with 1) the car and 2) my local dealer and, thus far, have had no issues whatsoever.

If it is something that I'm passionate about, then I usually do take the time to complete the surveys, hoping that feedback is taken onboard. That said, most of them end up in the bin as they are simply Marketing research tools I believe
This one seemed a bit odd, as it is obviously aimed at the American market and it didn't come form a Jaguar scource, so I thought I would warn others in case it was some kind of scam...
