Thread bump — Is there a service bulletin on this? If so does anyone have a copy?

I am not sure exactly which fastener it was. The repair was worded like this: 22293 BODY FLEX AT LEFT LOWER B PILLAR TO STRUCTURE FASTENERS TEST DRIVE WITH CHASSIS EARS ON LR SPRING, SWAY BAR, SHOCK, LOWER CONTROL ARM, & ROCKER PANEL, REMOVE TRUNK INTERIOR PANELS TO ACCESS SHOCK, REMOVE LOWER DOOR SILL CLADDING AND TEST DRIVE, LOOSEN B PILLAR FASTENERS AND INSTALL STRIP CAULK BETWEEN PANELS TO ISOLATE NOISE, TORQUE FASTENERS TO SPECS, TEST DRIVE, REPLACE LEFT DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

I think the important part was this: LOOSEN B PILLAR FASTENERS AND INSTALL STRIP CAULK BETWEEN PANELS TO ISOLATE NOISE, TORQUE FASTENERS TO SPECS

Mine was not a known issue with a Tech Bulletin, at least not at the time. It was definitely a rattle that originated at the lower B-pillar, but sounded like it was behind my left ear, probably the sound just traveled right up the B-pillar so to speak. It sounded like small pebbles dropping on a plastic tray, I know they found the problem, I have never heard that particular sound again.

Hope it helps you & good luck.

Mine has the same noise as the recording so THANKS for the guidance. Taking it in today for annual inspection & oil change. Only 8K miles on it at this point but the noise appeared to start on mine after they had replaced the window trim under warranty as it was deteriorating so they may have created this issue when they removed the internal trim to perform that replacement when it was new. I will update this group with details once I know them.

I believe I have the same noise, although I'll describe it more as a creak than a rattle. It's definitely coming from the B-pillar and occurs any time the chassis is flexing (in and out of driveways or sharp turns from a stop). That's in addition to the loud clunk from my front suspension going in and out of driveways which my dealer can't figure out...
