Reading all these suggestions has got me hungry!
Wales is very different to London and well worth an explore when you have time, we have some beautiful mountain scenery and beaches. Hope you're enjoying yourself. Being in Kensington you probably are more likely to see Ferraris and Lambos, but it's usually quieter this time of year.

2. Tea - I would skip Fortnum & Mason as it's a tourist trap for tea and the standard has gone down. Claridges has great tea for foodies, but my favorite all-in experience (including the room) is the Savoy.
