Anyone with VAP tune and/or pulley pass state emissions test yet?

In CT they conduct a basic safety check and visual inspection of the basic exhaust (making sure you have CATS). They they verify by OBDII that you are in emission ready mode (to make sure you didn't just clear any CEL codes) and thet the required monitors are in ready state (this entails a certain number of starts and drive time). They also plug in the OBDII to read and verify the VIN and they do have cameras to keep the inspectors honest. Then they stick the probe in the exhaust. I know of only a few that failed emissions due to mods but they had tune, pulley, cell 200 or 100 and high octane or water/alcohol systems. I am in CT....

On my flight back from LV yesterday there was an emission that would not have passed any test among humans with a functioning olfactory system, but I don't find the emissions from my F to be so offensive.
If your vehicle does not pass the test, does it have to be fitted with a perfuming device or some such?

Texas here - have the VAP tune and crank pulley and no problems passing state inspection which now uses the OBD rather than a tailpipe sensor.
Unfortunately looks like the guys didn't cleanly shut down the OBD equipment as this morning I was greeted by the "low battery" alert in the dash typical of the OBD issues some have seen. A quick battery reset seems to have fixed it.....

I used an automated kiosk to run the emission test myself, making certain that the test was fully shutdown before I pulled the cable. It still caused the battery control module to go wonky, draining the lithium battery just enough to shut it down in failsafe mode.No issue at all hitting the reset button on the battery and starting the car. That automatic shutdown also automatically reboots the control module without having to physically disconnect the battery.
