Having read much about diff. issues on the F-Type, I checked the maintenance shcedule for my R-Dynamic.
It states to replace Transfer Box OIl at 48K/36m, and to replace Rear Locking Diff. Oil at 64K/48m.
Regardless whether this is a suitable schedule, I am confused about the drive train.
Is there only the rear diff. and the transfer box, or is there also a third oil-containing (front wheel) component to the AWD ystem?

Thanks. That is kind of what I thought.
But then why is there no apparent oil service schedule on the front diff or the transmission.
Are these intended to be "sealed for life" according to JLR?
Also, it appears the diff. problems reported are mostly (all?) related to the rear.

As an example, JLR in many publications indicates the Transmission is Lifetime Fill...But the transmission is made by ZF and if you look at their schedule for the 8HP 70 HIS we have, it has a schedule (As indicated in my DIY, so not going to repeat here).
