Careful U, not only am I from NYC I also drove a NYC taxi - my father's Peugeot (you'll like this) MT - while going to college. Don't give me any ideas..

Ok..if I remember correctly, the '60s-'70s era Peugot did not have an H-pattern on the column, but rather a Z-pattern 4 speed. That took a lot of skill.

It seems that even though I don't drive a Corvette anymore, Corvette people wave at the F-type. All good with me.

The running lights on the C7 Vette are similar to the F-Type's, so from a distance you see a low wide car with "J" shaped DRLs. That might be the reason for the wave, they think it is another Vette.
