Default Bad O2 Sensor

I've had an intermittent P013E-00 code come up, oxygen sensor delayed response rich to lean bank 1 sensor 2. SDD is logging it as historic, but it has only come up once or twice in the past few thousand miles. It's never triggered a check engine light. I'm upgrading to VAP 200 cell cats so figured it would be the perfect time to replace that O2 sensor. Should I replace all three sensor in that bank at the same time or is that a total waste of money? I can get the identical sensors from Bosch instead of the Jaguar part number, but it's still an extra ~$160.00 I'd rather not spend. Thanks.

JLR extended the warranty on O2 sensors to 15 years/150,000 miles so depending on your mileage you may be still covered by warranty.

It looks like I can just turn in a receipt for the sensor for reimbursement. I'd rather do that since I'm not stock anymore.

I'm still waiting on my dealership to decided how they are going to handle people turning in receipts for O2 sensors. Between Jaguar and Land Rover that's a lot of sensors.

I'd imagine they would need to honor it. The memo from JLR is pretty clear that if you paid for this you will be refunded. If your dealership is anything like my local one you might need to badger the hell out of them to get things resolved.

For the V8, the extended warranty is 10 years 120,000 miles. Working though the bureaucracy with my dealer right now as I had them replace 2 sensors last year. They directed me to Customer Care at JLR North America who stated that it is wholly on the dealers to replace current and refund previous sensor replacements. The instructions have been sent in warranty information to all dealers, so don't let them give you the ole' redirect.
