Default Black berry colour

Does anyone have any shots of the black berry paint, other than the Jaguar promotional stuff? Can't find anything online except a short video featuring that and a white f type.

Is it the replacement for amethyst black? is it metallic?

Am curious what it looks like in person

Thanks in advance

It's in one of the promo videos, but still hard to see, almost looks Gray, I'm sure it's metallic or pearl. Probably nothing a dealer will order for inventory. Seems they only order Black, Silver or White.

I think it's a lot like Audi's Panther Black, Horus.

I have a Java Black on another car. When it is super clean and it is a super bright sunny day the car looks brown. Most other days it is completely black and you have to get very close and look at an angle at one of the bends in the sheet metal to see any of the brown flakes. I would assume that Blackberry will have just the faintest dark blue flakes in the paint that give it a hue in certain conditions and viewing angles.

Cheers guys. If its like panther black I know I will love it as its what I have atm. Looks like a very deep wet black at a distance, but when the sun hits it it really comes alive, the crystals (and they are crystals not metallic flakes) look amazing reflecting all kinds of different colours depending on the angles involved.

hmm. if its brown I wouldn't like that, but I don't think its like java black..

Had this in an email from my sales guy "Black Berry replaces a colour that was Black Amethyst. Removing a shade of the purple/blue and more metallic I would describe the black berry as stratus grey with spice and very rich in metallic."

Tempting! imagining it with the black pack...

Perhaps you could arrange a tour of the Castle Bromwich plant in hopes of seeing it in person?
