Default Black sooty spot under my R coupe

I often have a watery, black sooty spot underneath my R coupe and I'm wondering if everyone else has the same problem? My local service manager says it's from a bleed hole in the exhaust that is meant to drain moisture that forms in the exhaust system from condensation. Has anyone else heard this or another explanation? I only have 1200 miles on my car; not sure if this will stop as I break her in or if this is a "feature" that I'm going to have to live with.

Normal. All those crackles and pops is burnt fuel, just condenses and drains.
