Soot. Normal and nothing to worry about. When the exhaust is cold, water drips out from the connections, rather than remaining vapor until all the way out the tailpipes. With that water comes soot from the unburned fuel, which is more prevalent during cold start and warmup.

Thanks everyone! Not sure why they uploaded upside down since they were they were appearing normally on my phone.
Anyway, glad to hear it’s normal. Could it be an excess amount due to an issue with the catalytic converter? I had a blinking CEL earlier that was the result of a vacuum line coming loose on the engine. I also ran a can of seafoam and BG 44K through the gas tank in the last few weeks.

I don't think your other issues (or BG 44) would have caused an increase...you are just becoming paranoid.

Then again, I'm not optimizing to keep my garage floor spot-free. Mine sleeps in the driveway.

^^ I pretty much do the same. Even though our exhaust has the black condensation visible on its surface, ours doesn't drip on the floor.
I DO back our car out of the garage before buckling up, checking mirrors, etc. That's because our garage door sometimes opens again after it closes...gotta fix that someday.
