Wrapping is the way to go, requires taking it off the car for best and lasting result.
Find the best shop you could, it will be a bit more than you expected to pay due to the removal, but still only a fraction of the cost of oe replacement.
The grill surround wrap(done by previous owner)on my current ride is starting to lift, will not hesitate to get it redone as a well done job will last at least 2 or 3 years. The window trim looks as good as OE.
Has anyone had any luck wrapping or painting the chrome window trim?
My local dealer quoted me $3088 for the parts and I am pretty sure they aren't even the correct part numbers as well as they aren't complete.
The last of the chrome is driving me crazy, but not $3K crazy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yes. Easy enough to wrap them. That is what I did on mine and holding up, and looking great. I did not take them off the car to wrap. You do want to use the good vinyl like 3M or Avery...Do not try the off brand stuff as it is hard to work with and won't stick or contour well.
Good luck.

A pic of mine from chrome to black. Did the side vents as well.
