Bluetooth audio settings not retained

Hello, all,
This is my first post, but I’ve followed along to several posts over the last month after purchasing my car, and feel privileged to be a part of this group!
I have a few questions but I’ll stick to one per post. This question pertains to my audio settings; upon connecting to bluetooth, I set my bass, treble, and sub settings as I like them. If I’m only disconnected for a small while after setting them, once I turn my car on, all settings remain in place. If I don’t connect for longer than a couple of hours, however (overnight for example) once I start the car up, not only does it search for what I assume is the previous owner’s phone first, but my settings are no longer restored.
The settings don’t all return to the midpoints, but they return to places one or two notches above the midpoints. After it cannot find “Jucintos Phone”, it then finds my phone but the settings still don’t return.
I have registered my car with my information through Jaguar and through the Jaguar Remote. I also attempted to erase this “Jucintos Phone” from being a phone it attempts to find, but it isnt listed under the phones previously connected. Any help with this would be much appreciated!
