Boot/Trunk cover on coup, On or Off?

I think you answered your own question, the only reason to take it off is if/when you need some more stowage space. I also have tint on the side windows and hatch.
A few weeks ago I put the OEM rear wheel and tyre (295/30R20) in the hatch to get the wheel refurbed (some gutter rash), and although the cover still closed it got pushed up a bit, in hindsight it would have been better to remove the cover.
