Carefully file/sand the mounting pillars for the spoiler to conform the the mounting surface of the car. Should not show and be doable as long as there is enough material to work with.
Looks to me like the supports are "flat" (on the bases where they mount) whereas the lid itself is slightly curved downwards, hence the gaps.
I have bought a few badges and such over the years from China and they have always been flat when they should be slightly curved to match the contour of wherever they are supposed to go.
The only thing I can suggest is to fill the gaps with black silicon RTV sealant, I have used windscreen sealant for years with very good results, this one: https://www.supercheapauto.com.au/p/...=en_AU&start=3
It's black so you will hardly notice it, it sticks really hard so it will help hold the wing on, and it is totally impervious to weather, sun, water etc so it will last forever.
Fill the gaps then smooth over and clean off the excess with a finger dipped in turps, then finish off with a soft cloth dipped in turps. You have about 10 minutes to do this before it starts to set/cure.
I haven’t gotten that far.
I was going to disable the motor.
Check out my DIY on the rear wing(s). Has lots of good info that may help you. Also, I would suggest making a mock-up of the slight contour of the decklid with cardboard or other material, and then grinding/sanding/filing to match. Then if you can find some rubber gasket material and trim to shape, but maybe 1/16" larger, it will look perfect.
