Default British Blue Today in Raritan NJ

Just wondering if the owner of a beautiful British Blue that was filling up around 6 pm at the Shell station in Raritan, NJ is on this site? I passed by going southbound on Rt 202.

Do you mean French Racing blue? It's not confusing at all but that's the name of the sky blue color on the British design edition.

Jag uses the name 'Ultra Blue' for the color. Currently only available on the SVR and British Design Edition. I love it. It is what pushed me over the edge to get my F-Type.

Hello and Yes that would be me!
Just joined the forum. Are you a fellow F-Type driver? Were you driving one yesterday?

Welcome to the forum. Yes I'm an F-Type driver although when I saw you yesterday I was driving one of my other vehicles since I had the dog with me.

You might want to check out the thread about a bunch of us getting together to go to he British Motorcar show in Hellertown, PA on June 11. I went last year and it's a nice show. Looks like there's going to be a fair number of F-Types this year.

I am sorry. You're right.

I don't know why I thought they were calling it FRB. Did they call it that on the XK perhaps?

lol! yes, I believe it was called FRB on the XK. Everyone who sees mine still refers to it as FRB. Honestly, I think that is a better name for it than Ultra Blue but that may have sounded un-patiotic for the 'British Design Edition.'

French Racing Blue was the most common colour for the XFR-S, and it is quite different to Ultra Blue. FRB is noticeably lighter than UB.

99Gsp...You don't happen to drive thru Bedminster by any chance in your F Type??
My wife usually takes Airport road near there to go home from work and she was excited to see another F Type which happened to be IRR!
