Hello, I learned in a previous thread that JLR provides an online document referred to as a "build confirmation" after the dealer places an order. The build confirmation has the dates when the car's production is supposed to begin as well as the cutoff date to change the order:

Do you know what the format is of the online document? For example, is it simply a web page? Or is it a pdf, Office doc or image that can be downloaded? Only asking because my salesguy does not seem very high tech so I'd like to be as specific as possible when I ask him for it.

 

I had to check with my sales rep to get confirmation and status updates. Not a aware of a customer portal to access the information.

 

It's just a printout of a web page. I don't think the website is available to customers.
