Bumper to Bumper Vs Wear/Tear

Hi
Where the left front hood/bumper meet is slightly off with the bumper edge elevated(MY19). The dealer is saying this is under the 1 year/12,5 warranty as opposed to the bumper to bumper. Is the warranty statement true?
update: called Jaguar who confirmed its wear and tear.

Wear and tear is not what panel adjustment is about. Dealers will say panel adjustments are only covered for one year after purchase. JLRNA also stated panel fitment is authorized only for one year. Some dealers may take the time (one hour) to use the adjustment screws for realignment but most do not. Ask me how I know. You can have a better alignment by doing it yourself and if you do a forum search you’ll have all the information required. Good luck and worth your effort with a better fitting bonnet.
