A/C intermittant

A/C intermittant
I've searched the forum and found a few posts that address this but I haven't found any clear solution so far. Hopefully, someone has solved it.
the A/C in my 2016 F-Type R coupe will blow out ice-cold air and then as I'm driving, for no apparent reason it starts blowing out warm (humid?) air. Sometimes when that happens I just pull over and restart the car and it will work again only to stop at some random time. Sometimes it will work without any problems but then out of nowhere, it stops working. There doesn't seem to be a reliable workaround, like turning it off and on or raising and lowering the temperature settings although sometimes it does seem to have a positive effect. I think it has more to do with luck than with whatever I'm doing, trying to restart it. I brought the car to the dealer back in September of 2021 and they replaced the "Air Conditioner Direct Pressure Sensing Valve" as per TSB#JTB00380 so I assumed it to be fixed however it was already cool out by then and since I rarely drive the car, I didn't realize that the problem was still there. Now 2 years later, I am reluctant to drive in hot weather because I can't rely on the A/C working and I'm not sure if taking my chances with the dealer is the right move. Has anyone else had a similar issue and found a solution?
Thanks for any suggestions that may help.
