Question Cabin Air Filter part ID

Hi guys,

I tried searching the forum for the cabin air filter ID but I couldn't find it. Can someone please share that (OEM and alternatives?) ? 2015 F Type R.

the agent was asking for ~USD200 to change the cabin air filter, and I found here that it is a 3 min job! God damn it!

Thanks, Ahmad

The F-Type uses the same one as my XK. P/N C2P2410 manufactured by Mahle:

Knowing the OE manufacturer and the P/N, I was able to source the identical filters for around one third of the Jaguar cost. The Mahle code number is 1628.

thanks, Graham.

I tried searching for the Mahle filter (1628), it ends up showing me air filters, rather than cabin filters.

I managed to find these:

A great reference is rockauto.com

Their listings always indicate the part numbers from various aftermarket suppliers (if you are looking for a local source). If you see the little heart next to a listing, it indicates a part that is popular but has had very few returns.

For the F, they list both particulate and carbon/charcoal types.

I always wondered what the heart was for on Rock Auto

I use the Pure Flow on both my cars and change a little more often. Wish air filter was as easy!
