A few years ago Cambo enabled configurable dynamics on my F-Type (MY 2015) using his SDD equipment and knowledge but SDD won't work on your 2019 and I'm not aware of anyone outside of a JLR dealership having a working Pathfinder set up.

Gisle, configurable dynamics isnt as configurable as you'd like, it just allows you to turn some things off and on, eg in dynamic mode you can leave suspension or steering as normal. I was heartbroken not to have it in the f type and made sure to include it in the build of my wife's XE. I played with it once, got bored in about 30 seconds, and havent looked at it since in over 2 years. Not that I wouldnt have it if it was given to me, but I had imagined being able to dial up settings like you do on (say) Project Cars. The standard settings for dynamic vs normal or sport are pretty good, much better if you get forged rims and michelins (or as I understand it, Conti's) which are a huge ride improvement over the stock wheels, so that driving in dynamic isnt jittery.

Once Cambo installed it for me I set my Dynamic Mode preferences to Dynamic for engine, gearbox and steering and Normal for suspension and have never touched them since other than once setting suspension to Dynamic just to test it again. Still too hard and jiggly so I set it back to Normal.
But at least configurable dynamics gives me that "mix and match" option and without it I would be stuck with a harsh jiggly ride if I wanted Dynamic mode for the other parameters.
