Default Can I track my order?

Yesterday was the last day I could change my order. I have a build date of June and a delivery in July. Can I see anything, like a notice when the build starts with my order number or am I stuck waiting until the car is delivered to the port to be shipped?

You're stuck with updates from the dealer until you have a VIN.

It will depend upon what shipping company takes custody for the trip to the U.S.

Was able to track mine easily once I had a VIN# but it was a west coast delivery and those seem like the only ones that can be tracked if I'm not mistaken...

Right now, your dealer should be able to provide you with the "common order" number and the production date (week ending...).
The dealer should not mind if you call weekly to see if there are updates to the production schedule.
On or about the production date, the dealer should be able to give you the VIN.
Most Jags are shipped on the Wallenius Line, so about a week to 10 days after production you should be able to identify the vessel it is shipping on using the VIN:https://www.2wglobal.com/webapps?url...uickSearchPage
Once you have identified the vessel, you can track it on this site:https://www.marinetraffic.com/

Exactly right.
The week to 10 days can even be less if the stars align. The train from factory to Southampton runs twice a week and the ships stop in Southampton pretty frequently.

All the east coast deliveries are done by WW boats too.

Then once it gets to the destination port (as Stohlen can vouch for) the car can get lost.

Just make sure you don't keep tracking the ship, and didn't notice the "returned to shipper" notification...

Any way to get a VIN # without going through the dealer? I have a common order no and a factory order no.

Weird. I'd verify my VIN.

Got my vin. Car has been shipped and is off the coast of Ireland, currently scheduled to arrive in Baltimore on 6/29. How long does it usually take from the time it arrives in Baltimore to when my dealer will have it in NY? I am trying to setup an install date for a clear bra, but am not sure how far after 6/29 I should wait.

It could be as short as a week, if all goes smoothly. Some cars get held in port needing repairs or updates, in which case it's unpredictable. Since the first load of manual cars hasn't hit US shores yet, there's no real way of knowing.

Thanks. So I guess it is easy to track it to the port, but is there anyway to find out when it leaves the port and is en route to the dealer?

There's usually no way to track it once it leaves the port. Most trucking companies don't provide updates, unless the dealer has an inside source at that company.

Jarod,
What vessel is your car on? The Atlantic Cartier (with my car) also lands in Baltimore on 6/29, but it stops in New York on 6/27. Was your boat a direct sail to Baltimore?
