Car Hit on Tracks (Push-button Start)
Not a Jaguar, but a situation that could arise with any push-button start automobile that temporarily shuts down at stops.
Push-button start mentioned at 1:12 and 1:58

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
It has been documented, by various owners on Jaguar forums no less, that some of the vehicles with push-button start that shut down at stops have been hesitant to restart, a few even completely refusing to and having to be towed to the dealer. Certainly not something that one wants to occur while on railroad tracks, that being the negligence of the driver, but a bad situation nonetheless.
I posted this story as an example of a worst-case scenario regarding this "feature". Perhaps I should not have used the "push-button" as the title header, but rather the feature where the automobile temporarily shuts down when stopped, although I'm not sure what that is called. I have read that it is possible to disable this feature and I intend to do so myself as I've no inclination to be in a situation like this.
