I am looking to replace pads on my F Type with CC, did you have any joy finding a suitable alternative. Seen the centric pads at Rockauto in the states and I thought they were ridiculously cheap at around £160 for front and rear and reading the above posts now went off the idea. They also list Dynamic friction pads for CC (even cheaper) again guess you have to spar wide of these. Any pointers would be appreciated. By the way Eurocarparts in the UK have rear pads (TRW) listed for CC at £91.99 but says no wear indicator fitted ( I dont know if you just attach originals - not that bright when it comes to this stuff)

Do you really mean carbon ceramic for the CCM braking system? Or are you just looking for a ceramic pad replacement for the normal steel rotor brakes?

Got it. Pls do post back if you find a quality solution. I hope mine will last forever (I have CCM brakes on my SVR but it doesn't get a ton of miles). However good to know the options if it does become necessary!

Yes I will let you know if solved but it appears no-one on the forum has used alternatives e.g. Centric, and I completely understand reluctance to try with the costly risk involved. I have spoke to and emailed the Centric supplier here in the UK with the details and waiting a reply. I will let you know what they have to say.

Sorry Nick never got a reply, now sold the R and got a 400 sport, not as quick and loud but it will do.

Thanks for letting me know, the search continues however I had assumed that someone must have used aftermarket CCB pads by now.
