Default Cat-back exhaust same in v6 and P300

would like to confirm that the same cat-back exhaust is used in v6 and P300, except fot the tips. I am considering a change.

I very much doubt it as the P300 is an I4.
However a couple of P300 owners on here have modified the exhaust to make it look and sound a lot more like the V6 exhaust.

User "powerhouse" has been looking into this for some time and IIRC he now has a custom exhaust fitted to his I4 F-Type, although I couldn't find that particular thread.
