Changing Wheels & Black Pack?

Hello there!
I have a Coupe V6S, with silver turbine 20" wheels. I'm thinking about changing them for the black equivalent and having the black pack installed aftermarket.
The car has only been 900 miles so far, and the wheels are in perfect condition.
How would you normally go about this, and how much should this cost? I emailed my local dealer who told me they can paint the wheels...sounds rubbish to me.
Thanks!

Best option is to get the wheels powder coated, which doesn't cost much compared to buying new ones and is better than paint.
These guys (picked at random) do it. http://www.performance-powdercoating.co.uk
The rest of the black pack option should be doable, not sure about the window surrounds though.

For 20" It's only Storm, Tornado & Cyclone that came in a black option from the factory i believe.
We have a black cyclone set with tires available if of interest... $2300.00

First off no dealer does the wheels they outsource it to a local shop
Also do not paint the wheels you want to powdercoat them black which will last a longer and should cost about 100-200 each wheel depending on where u are located
As for the black package search online for a jag dealer that offers the products online which are cheaper then if u walked in. I ordered them from the jag dealer in Sacramento for the hood louvres side vents and roll bar covers which cost about 800.
Now to install I was told by 5 different dealers to install and they ranged from 800-1000 to install so I decided to do it myself! It took me 4 hours but if I did it again maybe 2 hours I was just scared to make sure I didn't screw it up! Saved 1000 bucks for a saturday well worth it!
Best of luck
