Some time back I made this little cleanup tool. It scrapes the fuzzy bits off in just a few seconds. I haven't bothered to do anything more than that.

Exactly, Replacing that every few months isn't a biggie. The problem is having to look at a banged up lip in between those months.

What is the part number for the chin spoiler?
Seems like it's meant to give its life to protect!
What is the real purpose of the chin spoiler?
JaggyX, what is this dip? Is it actually a black flexible spray?
Any pictures?
Thanks,
Happy Motoring...

The previous owner removed mine and it took me a whopping 10 mins to reinstall it. It's about as simple it gets.

Can someone confirm that we would also need parts #20 & #21 in that same diagram to complete the spoiler all the way around the bumper?

That be true, and they are each a bit cheaper than the center whisker. Even though I have a spare set of the three pieces, I have never bothered changing them out. I just trim the streamers off the bottom with a sharp knife about twice a year. I have the H&R springs that lower the car 1.25”f/1.5”r. I scrape curb cuts and speed bumps occasionally but don’t make contact with anything other than the whiskers. Hitting curbs in the middle of the night is another matter.

FYI, that diagram is for SVR.

These are the correct parts:

https://parts.jaguarreno.com/v-2016-...mponents-front

Side whiskers are about $40 each and another $25 for the center. All in all about $125 for a full replacement.
